My wife and I stopped at this location on our way home from work. The overall experience was the worst we have had in awhile unfortunately. We were in the establishment somewhere between 3 to 5 mins before our order was taken but not a single word was said up to that point. No acknowledgement, no "we'll be right with you", nothing. I ordered one of the new cheesesteaks because it looked good, however I did not get a fresh, made to order one. Apparently there had been one already made and was not needed, according to the cashier, and she told the kitchen to just add the extra meat, I asked to make it the 1/2ib. After unwrapping the sandwich which had already heated and melted down, the meat was added and instead of putting it in a new wrapper, he first just tried to rewrite it, which didnt work, I literally watched him peeling the wrapper off the sandwich in pieces before it got wrapped in a new one. The lobby was out of tea and some condiments, I did not realize the upcharge was 7 dollars for the upgrade, that's half of what the meal cost. If it is on the menu it is not easily noticeable. The fries were not fresh, my wife's chicken sandwich tasted old as well. Overall, if this had been our first exposure to Arby's, we would not be back. Especially since we could have gone to a sit down restaurant for what we paid for 2 combo meals.
