  Would not recommend placing a mobile order. It was my mistake for giving Arby's another shot, but I placed a mobile order for this location. The store no longer offered the items I had ordered, so I was told I would have to contact corporate as they are unable to refund the order at the store. It is June 19th, and I have been trying to get a refund since the 5th. I have had to contact them multiple times now and still no refund. I feel like they are hoping I forget about it, so they can keep my money. Shady.

  The environment inside is very odd, peculiarly quiet. No music. Employees bickering between themselves. When I asked the staff for a fork, she gave a blank stare and very slowly reached for one as if she might have been under the influence of something because her mannerisms and acuity were not per norma.

  6/12/26 1:20pm Drivethru girl was extremely rude and shouting at customers to "pULL fOrWaRd!!!" with attitude. I only just pulled up and said I have an online order. Just for them to mock my vehicle, and not to be stocked with what I ordered. First and only time I've ever had a bad experience with Arby's, especially humboldt. Cause this location was solid. My fault for coming in the summer when kids are on shift. Manager was great though.

  First time here and won’t be going back. When we walked in the place was empty and this was dinner time. We walked into heavy metal music. I thought we were at a club. We stepped up to the counter and greeted by the General Mgr Kevin. No hello or anything just “can I take your order”? He could have cared less we were there. 25.00 dollars for 2 sandwiches and drinks. Needless to say this says a lot about the town of Humboldt.

  The tea looks like water, didnt ask for crinkle fries but thats what they gave....wont be back and the cashier was the same one who needs to be trained on serving customers
