  I went this morning and saw a newer manager, she was polite and very very kind! Glad to see new staff. Food was fresh and hot, the place was clean, I hadn’t been back in a while and nice to see it’s doing better

  Would not recommend placing a mobile order. It was my mistake for giving Arby's another shot, but I placed a mobile order for this location. The store no longer offered the items I had ordered, so I was told I would have to contact corporate as they are unable to refund the order at the store. It is June 19th, and I have been trying to get a refund since the 5th. I have had to contact them multiple times now and still no refund. I feel like they are hoping I forget about it, so they can keep my money. Shady.
