  I stopped by after traveling a few hours to get some food, I ordered at the kiosk but I forgot to order something so I went to order at the front, waited about 10 minutes nobody came and took my order. So I went back to the kiosk, I was about to pay and I’m assuming the manager yells at me and say “no more orders at the kiosk.” Very embarrassing, she should have waited on me to pay before she yelled that out. Very disappointing I will not be returning. And the restaurant was very dirty food all over the floors tables were not wiped off. I understand it was busy but it’s a way to go about things and that was not it.

  Took forever to get my order. Over 10 minutes for fast food is poor service. And my order was wrong. The food I did get was good but not worth the wait. No one else seemed to wait as long, especially the drive thru.

  I don’t like leaving bad reviews on businesses unless absolutely necessary but this review is well deserved. Arrived here at this location on 5/21/26 to pick up something quick for breakfast. They were dead. No customers in line, and later did I notice there was only one waiting inside. Was met at the drive through speaker with attitude right off the bat. Placed an order for the chicken biscuit combo with an orange juice and pulled up to the window to pay. Was met yet again with disdain and frustration by a man that just seemed to be disgusted at my presence. He took my cash, and nearly threw the orange juice at me, told me to pull up and out of the way, and slammed the window. At that point I should have gotten a refund and left, but I decided to wait because everyone had a bad day every once in a while. I sat there in my vehicle for 15 minutes waiting on the order while other employees were coming in and our, standing in front of the door, smoking, talking loudly amongst themselves and on the phone and being extremely vulgar. All while I’m waiting on my food. At that point I took the orange juice back inside to ask for a refund and leave. The man that took my order was standing there and asked if I needed anything. I asked for the manager and asked for a refund. When she gave me the refund there was no apology, no nothing she did not care to lose a customer nor did she seem like she wanted to be there either. After I got back in my truck I noticed that the refund she gave me wasn’t correct either. I was shorted over a dollar. Very disappointing experience.

  I watch my burger sit in the counter for 5 minutes while flies flew on it. Watch 3 workers stand around until the lady at the drive thru came by and corrected the employee. You need to fire! Some of your staff
