  Food is good but I did not get the quesadilla instead I got something else and the manager tried saying it was the quesadilla but rolled different🙄 Taco bell supposed to give good customer service and correct the order weather I like or not but instead standed around like everything was fine.

  The food is amazing, but the customer service, especially at night, isn't the best. Don't come 10-20 minutes before close and expect to get what you want. They'll tell you they don't have it because they're about to close. I've managed a fast food restaurant and would make sure my customers would get what they wanted, even if it was 11:59 and we closed at 12. I haven't eaten all day and just got off of work, looking forward to Taco Bell, but now I'm going home to cook some grilled cheese. I'll just go out of my way to hit up Taco Bell in Columbia next time.

  for taco bell, this is a 5 star. they always get my order right and im a picky eater and the service is always fast and friendly
