  If you order a super supreme personal pan pizza, it should look like a Super Supreme Pizza. Well, here is the only Pizza Hut in Southeast Tennessee that has ever done it right. To whomever was working here on May 1 2026, Great Job, and I shall return!

  I am highly upset. I ordered pizza from this pizza hut for delivery. I ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 8 count wings, fries and cheesy breadsticks. The breadsticks were left off of the delivery order. I called pizza hut and the answering service transfered me to the store. The lady hung up acting like she couldn't hear me. I called back and got the answering service they transfered me and again hung up on bc she "couldn't hear me". I called once again and the answering service answered, I asked if he could hear me he said yes. I asked if he could speak with the store on my behalf bc they couldn't hear me. He said no he could not and the only thing he could do was give me corporate's number or transfer me to the store. Well since its Sunday, corporate is not open I asked if he could transfer me to the store. But they refused to answer. I was on hold for 20 minutes while my husband drove to the store. The employees were standing around chatting. My husband asked about the breadsticks, they went right to the breadsticks and gave them to my husband no resolution for the inconvenience. Also once he got home we realized they were the incorrect breadsticks(I paid an up charge for cheese sticks) Now I understand errors happen but when they do there should be a level of customer service to correct the issue or at least help the customer. I am very disappointed on the lack of customer service. I have said once before I was done ordering from pizza hut and decided I would do it bc how one location handled my son's birthday party order. But this will be last time. Update: I had the opportunity to speak with pizza hut social care team. They provided me a resolution.

  Don't get their fries as a side you will be paying $5 for about 15 fries. Unbelievable

  Lady was nice but this is sone of the worst food ive ever recieved. No cheese on the cheesesticks.
