  Went through the drive through ordered one of the new drinks. They absolutely refused to give me a straw said the cup had a sipping hole through it It had big pieces of strawberry that were clogged . terrible customer service

  I come here pretty regularly during the day with my kids and never have real issues and everyone is pretty friendly (though it is pretty dirty), however, my first time visiting for dinner was a nightmare. The air conditioning in the play room must have been out or something because it felt like it was literally 90 degrees. My daughter’s hair was DRIPPING sweat after ten minutes. When we asked about it they said they “didn’t have control of the ac”? We finished our meal in the lobby but were missing quite a few things and when we approached the counter many people acknowledged my presence (what appeared to be the manager included) but nobody came to help us for a good while. Needless to stay, we didn’t stay to finish our dinner- we decided to take it home.

  Customer service here is terrible! Save your self the stress and frustration and go somewhere else. Their staff is not friendly or helpful at all. I’ve worked fast paced customer service and I understand that people can be having a bad day but that’s not an excuse to make everyone else’s day miserable.

  I ordered hotcakes. Got the bag after 10 minutes. No fork, no napkins, no syrup. This is honestly the worst place ever

  Get ready for major disappointment! It (almost) doesnt matter what location you go to, the service is horrible. Employees chat with each other but won't speak to someone at the counter until they're ready. When they finally do, it's obvious they don't want you here. Some people are great, the others are extremely rude and obnoxious. Taking orders and continuing private conversations with their friends. I had one front counter employee that wouldn't get off her phone long enough to understand what I was saying. I also DoorDash as supplemental income and this is my least favorite place to go. Wait times can be 30+ minutes. The food is not hot, isn't good, and obviously thrown together in haste to get you out the door. Quality has dropped by a huge factor since I was a kid. I've had food with actual bad smells and tastes. No mold though, I don't think it can mold. (Isn't there someone with a 40+ year old burger than still looks the same?). When your kids want a happy meal or some chicky nugs, save you some pain, just tell them they're closed and find literally anything else.
