  Walked in and no one was inside. I could hear employees in the back but they ignored us.

  The food is always great! The atmosphere is always off; no music and just depressing feeling. The employees are HORRIBLE! You will stand there for 5 minutes with no one else in line waiting to order and they will completely ignore you and not make eye contact. You have to essentially ask them to come take your order. Then when they do finally come up with eye rolls as if you’re bothering them they don’t even say hello or welcome you. Just stare at you. HORRIBLE customer service! This is not the first time either. We thought we’d try again but clearly it’s just bad attitudes and horrible employees. Really sad you can’t even enjoy going out for lunch anymore cause no one will ever do their actual jobs and help. Do better Jimmy Johns, maybe actually have a manager on site; or if you already do get new management.

  When we walked in no one even looked up in our direction. There was 2 girls working the front counter, and a guy in the back I’m assuming on drive thru. They had in AirPods, and you could tell they were extremely irritated to even take our order, I stood there for a good minute before she even acknowledged I was standing there ready to order. This was on March 19th at 6:55 ish so I’m not sure who was working there at this time. Love the food but service could be much better!
