    My sandwich is basically empty, meat and mayo not what I ordered or wanted, didnt get anything the menu said was on it. Then they just threw my sandwich up there saying nothing and I had to ask of it was mine, then they were rude about it.

    I'm giving service a 3, not because of the employees that were there, but because when I had an issue and asked for the manager, they gave me his phone number, I called him, and he called me back within minutes. He was polite and apologetic, and everything you would expect in customer service. Now the fact that I had to go that route in the first place....well...that's obviously not a good thing. But I do appreciate Jacob and hopefully they can get people in there at reflect his approach and things can get better. Food was still good as it always is. And the atmosphere.....pretty sterile and no music, but it's not like it's loud or dirty, just kind of plain.

    Hadn't been in a long time. Service use to be super speedy that's why I chose to go, but drive thru was incredibly slow and sandwich, well look at the picture. Where the heck is the tuna? Tuna didn't start until nearly 3 inches into the sandwich and stopped nearly 3 inches on the other end! Miniscule amount. Super disappointing. I won't be going back. The association taking my money though was sweet.

    Yes we know the cost of everything is rising. However when a sandwich served at silverdale has more meat than a 10 plus dollar sub it says more than anything else.

    Drive through, the subs were smashed flat, barely anything in them and not worth the money. I spent over $50 on 3 sandwhich she’s, not all the largest size, 2 drinks and 2 cookies (cookies & drinks were good, over-priced). The food was so sub par that we have not even finished eating them, sitting in frig & will likely split between dogs and wildlife. Service seemed annoyed and like an effort to care. I think it is harder and harder to find people who care at low wages, and I am not sure I blame them.
