- CBChris BurkhartOct 6, 20265.0Jacks never disappoints! Their sausage gravy is among the top for fast food restaurants because it’s creamy with lots of sausage unlike the canned watered down gravy most places serve. And their biscuits are also better than most, light, tall and buttery.
- JHJeff HightOct 6, 20265.0I have a special order and Jacks accommodates it’s great!!!
- JCJames & Janet CombsOct 1, 20261.0Surely, we are not the only ones with poor experiences. We give benefit of doubt and give time for change but it hasn’t. 2 poor food quality issues in a week is not a fluke. It’s facts. We didn’t eat here for almost a year until now and a string of dental floss was found in the biscuit & gravy! How can this be that a year passes after last poor experience and it happens again! Seriously! If corporate responds to me, I will be surprised. Staffing needs to change here.
