Plus your hash browns are horrible, small, and cost way too much. Mine were the size of a 50 cent piece and there was only like 3 or 4 in the tiny bag! Boom on u guys, I used to work with u before and it's gone down hill, although the doughnuts are still good and fresh but I would not order anything else from you!!

What I am concerned with is detail. I asked you go get me a cup of Nitro. You bring me back cold brew. That isn't what I asked for. That isn't what I wanted. That isn't what I needed and that isn't going to work around here! All of this to point out that if you order a Nitro coffee, Dunkin will charge you for a Nitro, pour from a Nitro tap, hand you a cup as if it were Nitro, but it is not Nitro. Their Nitro tap has stopped adding nitrogen. Pay attention customers. Your coffee would have foam/bubbles. This detail has been lacking from this location for some weeks now. How many coffee's have been sold under the banner of "Nitro" in this time?

The store permits orders on the NITRO cold brew, but it's clearly broken and the coffee isn't nitrogen infused. FIX IT or take it off the menu!!!!!
