- BSBrendan ShinnMay 11, 20262.0The hashbrowns were mushy and too soft. They are supposed to be firm and slightly crispy. The bacon on my breakfast sandwich wasn't cooked long enough and tasted raw. It was chewy and soft like it needed to be cooked longer. I was not satisfied with my visit today at all.

What I am concerned with is detail. I asked you go get me a cup of Nitro. You bring me back cold brew. That isn't what I asked for. That isn't what I wanted. That isn't what I needed and that isn't going to work around here! All of this to point out that if you order a Nitro coffee, Dunkin will charge you for a Nitro, pour from a Nitro tap, hand you a cup as if it were Nitro, but it is not Nitro. Their Nitro tap has stopped adding nitrogen. Pay attention customers. Your coffee would have foam/bubbles. This detail has been lacking from this location for some weeks now. How many coffee's have been sold under the banner of "Nitro" in this time?

The store permits orders on the NITRO cold brew, but it's clearly broken and the coffee isn't nitrogen infused. FIX IT or take it off the menu!!!!!

Plenty of tables. Almost always have plenty of tables to sit at. I think the price is right for the quality of food, service, atmosphere and quantity provided. I recommend Dunkin' at this location.
