- PPProdsMay 8, 20261.0Had an order for pick up inside the store. Waited 30 minutes just to walk up to the counter and found out they weren’t even making my food and they would start it now. About 6 staff members watched me sitting there forever including two managers but nobody even checked to see if I needed help. Didn’t offer me a drink or a cookie. They just were like whatever and kept going about their day. To top it all off, they put the wrong sauces in the bag. I’ve been an avid supporter of Chick-fil-A but I can not support this location. Any other location I would usually recommended but not this branch.

The food is inconsistent and the drive through is congested where the drive through conflicts with those arriving or trying to leave. Location issues, management issues and teenager issues. Hixson is in dire need of new location that is ran like a typical Chick Fil a with a large volume of business.
