  Melania at the Hixson location in Chattanooga was stellar! She was kind, conversational, and made the best meal I’ve had here yet! I was so impressed I asked her schedule so I could repeat this experience. A+++

  When people ask me what Cava is, I say it is a cross between a Chipotle and Tzaziki's, as it is Mediterranean food that you can build yourself to get exactly what you want. Amazing food. I always opt for the build your own bowl. To me, the stars of the show are the Garlic Dressing (not overly garlicky at all) and the PITA CHIPS. Those things should be illegal they're so good. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program in the app. Worth it, as the points add up. Cava is one of my top 3 favorite restaurants. Never a bad meal there.

  My fiancé and I came to the Hixson location and waited in line got to the checkout and my fiancé showed them his first responder card for the discount and they didn’t honor it because he is not in uniform. We have never had an issue ever, we have been to the location in Hamilton Place and Cleveland. This was an awful experience will never come again.
