Visiting Chattanooga and decided to visit Cava for the first time and had a very welcome staff, every person said hello and a smile on their face. I’ve never been a big fan of Mediterranean food but always willing to try a new place and liked the ability to build your own bowl, food was fresh and good, also liked the drink options using cane sugar. Really liked all the options!

Employees were great. Food was excellent! Definitely the best cava in the Chattanooga area.

Last two times I've been here, the chicken has been cold. I thought it was just a fluke the first time, so gave it another try today on my lunch break. The chicken was empty on the front line, so instead of getting some off the grill, they got it from the drive through. Sit down and eat, it's not even remotely warm. I was on my lunch break so I didn't have time to wait to go back through the line. It was much better months ago!! Oh, and the manager Susie, is not a nice person. She always seems to have an attitude. I've witnessed this with other customers and her with her own employees. She needs a class or three on customer service!! Very disappointed!!

This was my first time here. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Food was fabulous! I got the build your own bowl with Harissa honey chicken. If you like spicy, definitely get it! I will definitely be back!!

No clear directions on service. It took us a minute to figure out that it is set up like Subway. The young lady who assembled our food was very pleasant. The dining area was not at all inviting. It reminded me of a waiting room. The food was great. Very tasty. Prices were reasonable. I probably would grab food to go but not eat in again.
