  We have been to Cava a handful of times since it opened and it has always been good and clean. This 2 star review is because our all around experience today was disgusting. Firstly, every table was dirty. No one was inside, just us walking in, one employee eating and we do not care about that at all. I had my baby wipes so I wiped the table. The person who dished up our food took out a dirty towel and wiped the dirty tray that our food was all placed onto. My husband uses the bathroom where he said it smelled terrible, poop stains on the toilet, he saw two flies mating... I mean c'mon. I'm trying to give grace because maybe it was just crazy busy because the garbages were overflowing too and we had to swat flies away from us as we tried to eat. Again, the food looked good and tasted fine. The three people in the front of the house were just standing there, no attempt to clean. Then another employee walks in and a few minutes go by and she spits into the trash can at the front of the store. WHAT?! Absolutely disgusting and it really makes us sad because this is one of the only places we will order "fast food" from and today made us feel dirty.

  Probably the nicest people I’ve met in a CAVA, and they were incredibly fast. Will definitely be returning.

  Dani was an amazing server! Everyone one was so kind and the food here is always fresh! I just moved here and it was nice to feel so welcomed and treated well in a new place! Look forward to coming back again and again

  100/100 hands down that Spicy Lamb Avocado bowl. Baby it was goooooooood. Again, I'm fairly new to Mediterranean/Greek tastes. I am. The lady who prepared and crafted my order was so kind and she made my bowl with care. I came yesterday and I meant to get her name. I was there around 3-4ish. This is maybe my 3rd time to Cava. (2 times to Gunbarrel/ 1st time to Hixson) Again, this was a meal to be enjoyed. I ate slow. Sooooo many flavors that was just... absolutely delicious. I felt satisfied and energized. I want to shout-out the patio furniture, too. Sun was blazing down not one chair was scorching hot nor the table. Idk what type of furniture y'all purchased, it made for a absolutely wonderful experience not getting burned by the furniture. I will be back. And to the lady who crafted my bowl, thank you for being so kind.

  All 5 stars. The food is bomb of course, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING. All of the employees are so sweet, but Dani stood out to me. She’s so personable with customers and definitely makes the experience worth having again. My bestie & I will be back we love Cava so much.
