  We live local & visit this location often enough to know the wings will be fantastic. Sadly, this was the worst experience. The wings have changed. Whether it’s the supplier or BWW themselves, the wings were poor quality. Some with barely any meat and much smaller than the past. The meat was tough almost like it was week old and reheated wings. We purchased online for a cheaper deal and maybe they used cheaper product. Such a disappointment. Next visit will determine if I change this review. The manager agreed to replace. We will see.

  We came to this Buffalo Wild Wings for what we thought would be a lite lunch for my birthday since I had 6 free wings for my birthday on the app. My husband ordered the Buy one, Get one Wings and we got the bottomless appetizer (at the suggestion of Breezy). It was only about $3 more than an order of onion rings. I got the spicy garlic wings. My husband got dry rub (chipotle, buffalo and lemon pepper). The only one we didn't care for was the lemon pepper. The bottomless appetizer was great. Other restaurants give you small portions each time you ask for another, but the portions we got here were great. The fried pickles had more pickle flavor than those I have tried at other places. The food was great, but my favorite part of the visit was our server BREEZY. She made us feel like she loves her job. She had just the right amount of happy energy. She was at our table just enough (not too much, not too little). We never had to look for her to ask for anything. In fact she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. She was awesome. I hope she is our server the next time we come because I have a feeling other servers might not measure up to her awesomeness.

  I go into pick up an order. Another man is standing beside me. We both tell the server our names. After we do so instead of going to get the orders she proceeds to stand there and talk to another another person casually like we never even told her about the order instead of just going in getting the orders once we told her.
