  I have to give a shoutout to my favorite barista Elle! She’s always friendly, welcoming, and remembers my order, which makes every visit feel a little more personal. My drink is consistently perfect, but honestly, it’s her kindness and great personality that keep me looking forward to coming back. Great customer service can be hard to find, and she absolutely deserves to be recognized for it!

  I had the best server. She helped me order as it was the first time I visited. I ordered a Chai tea. I waited to try it because it was piping hot..lifted the lod and I smelled coffee. I was like surely they didnt..it was not what I wanted. I tried to call back..cant speak to anyone because they only have virtual assistants. So I was like ok..my mama and brother like coffee I will give it to them. I give it to mom to taste..she saidd..ugh this isn't coffee at all. So it actually WAS a chai tea! I was so disappointed. My brother drank it but it wasnt the best to him either.

  First off the music is load and absurd can't even hear to order, and the person took my 2$ change and put it in the tip jar instead of giving it to.. I would have tipped it but he just took it

  Briar and Ellie were the best employees definitely give them a raise and shift leads. Made our first made our first 7 brew experience a 1000/10 and gave us stickerssssss!!!!
