  I absolutely love this seven brew location. Almost every time I come the whole crew seems to be in a great mood. But I specifically want to call attention to the girl with purple hair. Now I have a in my opinion a complicated order that I have had an experience with some baristas getting a bit frustrated when I say the wrong thing or something and try to just rush through and get me out. I get it it’s a fast paced coffee shop and it’s to be expected. But I’ve had her take my order a couple times and she’s always kept a big smile on her face while being extremely patient with me and cracking jokes as well. This makes me want to keep coming back. The fact that she always has a great attitude makes my day ten times better. And sometimes I’ll ask her to surprise me and I’ve never once been disappointed. I don’t know whether she is a lead or not but whatever she is, is not enough. She is an amazing example of the whole “cultivating kindness” Seven Brew is about!

  We come here almost every day, have spent 75 buying gift cards to help your team. We have explained today 20 times how to make our drink light ice, do not fill the cup, we want the same amount of milk just less ice. We know the cup should have space. They informed us now we have to pay for light ice, even though we get nothing extra in the drink. We also went over we understand the cup won't be full. But today it was an issue, today the cup had to be filled, we couldn't get the drink made the way we light it and eventually paid for a drink that is undrinkable because it's not made to the our liking. I still have over 20 left in gift cards I will never spend at this place, because they are no longer aloud to make a drink with less ice and not add extra milk!

  In my years as a food critic, I've learned that true excellence is rare and when you find it, you say so loudly. This coffee shop is excellent. The craft on display here rivals anything I've experienced. The flavor profiles are precise, the technique is immaculate, and the consistency is the hallmark of a coffee shop. Michelin stars are awarded for exactly this kind of devotion to quality, and if the guide ever expanded its scope, this place would be a serious contender. A special mention must go to Paul - my fav brewista - hose warmth and skill elevate every visit from a coffee run into an experience. He is, without question, part of what makes this place special. I came in for coffee. I left with my day turned completely around. That is the mark of somewhere truly worth your time. Ever since Paul's made me coffee, my dreams have become a reality.

  I’ve never had such a great experience at a coffee shop! My brewista specifically- Paul- was phenomenal. He had answers to all of my questions and gave me a FANTASTIC recommendation that catered to my dietary needs and flavor expectations. I was AMAZED at the service with a smile. And, the drink was exquisite. (SF raspberry vanilla energy). I mean truly, who could ask for more from a coffee shop.

  I’ve always enjoyed the coffee here. I’m a die-hard 7Brew fan, and I genuinely think it’s better than most other chain coffee spots. That said, over the past three years, the service has gone from spectacular to pretty disappointing. The weekday morning crew seems to be their strongest team, and they do a decent job, but overall the quality and speed of service have noticeably declined. Saturdays, especially, are rough. If you come on a Saturday, you should expect around a 20-minute wait. I also don’t understand why they still write questions on the doors for customers if they’re no longer engaging with people or asking them. It genuinely feels like a missed opportunity to create a better experience. The most concerning issue I’ve seen, though, happened recently in the drive-thru. A cashier was sitting cross-legged on the counter where drinks are placed before being handed out, with both her feet and clothing touching the surface. Seeing that level of disregard for cleanliness, especially in a food service environment, was honestly off-putting. I’ve worked in food service myself, and behavior like that would not have been tolerated. It really made me question the standards being upheld here.
