  Don't order no ice or easy ice thru the app. They DON'T read your order and fill the cup with ice. They have done this to my orders consistently.

  I’m here at the sonic on New Shackle island rd location. I ordered a chili cheese Fritos burrito and was told they have been discontinued. I just bought 2 last night. I asked when did this happen today? I was told it’s been a while and they ran out maybe last night or the day before. I said again I was just sold this last night but okay. The service and quality of food at this location has gone downhill tremendously. I used to walk to this sonic as a kid! The onion rings are not the same quality at all and the service is inconsistent! Where is the real management at this location?

  Ordered a diet cherry limeade and there was no limes and no cherry. I don't understand how sonic can be so inconsistent with a simple drink order.

  I asked for my normal quarter pound foot-long county hotdog and a medium chocolate shake with no whipped cream and no cherry. The hotdog was great however I noticed the medium chocolate shake was only filled about 2/3 of the way. I was thinking that they must’ve put whipped cream in it and had to scoop it out and didn’t bother to fill it back up. Then when I got to the bottom of the shake, sure enough, there’s the cherry. Thanks a lot, but I’m allergic to cherries and they make me vomit. So next time when you screw up, just recognize the screwup, take responsibility and make it right and make a new one rather than just trying to cover it up. Maybe it’s time to find a different sonic.
