- EQEric Qualls2 days ago1.0The information on the website stated the price of the senior buffet was $10.99 on Wednesdays. We were charged $11.99 today, Wednesday July 8th. I bought this to the attention of the cashier who stated that the prices just changed recently. While I understand that changes occur, I stated that many people rely on the restaurant's website to get specific information on the restaurant and rely on that information. I asked to speak with the manager to bring the discrepancy to his attention. When he came from the kitchen area, he was already predisposed to respond negatively as he just stood there looking irritated. He didn't speak to me or even ask can I help you. I still greeted him and showed him the Hendersonville Pizza Ranch website which listed the senior buffet was $10.99 on Wednesday. He said "I will let corporate know " and walked away. Well, if its a locally owned franchise, then it's not corporate's responsibility. Additionally, the pizza on the buffet was cold and seems to have been there for a while. We wanted to take our granddaughter there for pizza but never again. There are much better options locally.

We hadn't been in a while, last time we went, it was just o.k. this time did it for us, we won't be going back. I'm ashamed it's this bad.

Person cleaning up dirty dishes asked respectfully before taking. One lady I see often, said Hi how are you & I responded & asked her the same. Very busy, but clean & kept bar filled. Restrooms are always nice & clean.

But the restaurant needs to try to staff up and order extra ingredients because things were empty & either out, or taking forever for them to refill. We've been on Tuesday's before, & it was better than this. Maybe they had a call out or someone quit recently, not sure.
