  I ordered my food on the app and went to the store to pick it up. When I got there I realized i forgot to customize my sandwich and remove a couple of things from it. I went in and was greeted by River. I asked her if she had made my order yet and if not, if she could make the modification for me. River was very nice and was happy to make the changes needed. Her comment was “we want to make it just how you want it.” The food was made quickly and handed to me by Bella which was also very nice. They apologized for our wait, but we maybe waited 5 minutes total. Fast service & GREAT customer service. Thanks again River and Bella!

  Order the Big John without tomatoes The Sandwich I got looks really bad very little lettuce tons of mayonnaise doesn't look anything like the picture very disappointed as you can see by the picture

  Ordered a roast beef sandwhich and got a bunch of bread and lettuce and one slice of the thinnest roast beef ive ever seen . Still hungry.

  Stopped to purchase a sandwich for my daughter's field trip the next day. I asked to get the lettuce and tomatoes on the side, so, her sandwich didn't get soggy. I was rudely told that they "don't do that". I explained what it was for and was told "yeah I said we don't do that". This is obviously not a JJ policy since I have had another location honor the request for a past field trip. I left this location and went straight to the Rivergate location where the kind worker said "no problem" and even said "I put a fork in the bag to help her put everything on her sandwich tomorrow". That is customer service!
