- DHDavid Huffman4 days ago1.0Will not stop at this location again. A few weeks ago they forgot all the sauces. Last time(last week) they messed up the drinks. Tonight I pulled up to a worker having a technical issue to sit at an empty speaker staring at my radio for 13 minutes... after 3 cars pulled behind me and a dozen orders to the left of me were taken I finally pulled up... and saw the people behind me get food and wait for another 7 minutes... It cost me $20 and 20 of minutes of my time for the privilege of them to serve me drinks and forget the straws? Great service.

There was no greeting, no friendliness, not even a simple “how’s your day going?” or the usual “my pleasure” that Chick-fil-A is known for. I was immediately met with “What can I get you?” in a rude tone. When I was trying to use my app, I was waiting for her to finish talking before scanning it, and she rudely said, “You can scan it whenever.” The whole interaction felt cold and irritated for no reason. Customer service and kindness go a long way, and this experience definitely did not reflect the reputation Chick-fil-A usually has. Came in on 5/7/26 at 6:50am :)
