  The server accidentally spilled mixed drink on my son in law mgr came out to offer free appetizer than proceeded to fill our table order and brought my plate cold. LAMB CHOPS. Sent it back to the kitchen by the time I got it my family was done with there meals. Noticed food on floor which all servers and Mgrs on duty proceeded to step over 🤔 it as if it did not exist. Check was wrong charged me for the wrong amount corrected it but instead of voided ticket they issued refund which takes longer to get back these folks need more training 😑 along with the ability to stay conscious while working. Horrible experience.

  Service and atmosphere is NA because it was an online order. But they got the order perfect. I asked for extra Marsala sauce, no peas or mushrooms in a dish, and extra bread and spices. Everything was perfect and delicious!

  JODEE was an amazing Server. The food was delicious and truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at Carrabbas in a long time. We will be back again very soon.

  3 stars because the service was genuinely great and our server did an excellent job staying attentive and friendly throughout the meal. Unfortunately, the food itself was a pretty big disappointment this visit. I ordered Johnny’s Trio, and the presentation honestly looked rushed and sloppy. The salad came out warm when it should’ve been cold and fresh, while the actual entrées were barely warm and tasted like they had been sitting for a while before being brought out. For a restaurant at this price point, I expected a lot better quality and consistency. The atmosphere was still nice and the staff treated us well, so I’m hoping this was just an off day for the kitchen because I know Carrabba’s can usually do better than this. I’ll probably give it another try in the future, mainly because the server was fantastic, but this visit definitely missed the mark food-wise.

  Upon entering the restaurant were were greeted with the filthiest two rugs, proceeded to use the bathroom and the toilet had a ring around the bowl, TP on the floor, sink area was filthy. No care for cleanliness, which makes me wonder about the kitchen, too. They changed the Marsala sauce recipe, and it’s terrible! Long time customers who won’t be back to this location again.
