  Service was great but the food was not hot when it arrived. The time from order to food arrival was 25 minutes.

  Waited 15-20 minutes to be sat- first red flag, meanwhile they aren’t busy. A lot of people walking around and nothing being done. Food came out cold. Waitress never checked back on us, no refills. People walking out due to lack of service. Waited another 15 minutes to be able to pay for the horrible service that was received. Terrible !

  Pretty disappointing. We waited 20 minutes for cold wings and cold fries. Had to send it back and wait another 20 minutes. All the while our server just is annoyed that we exist and a drunk at the bar is just yelling at max volume. Its pretty bad yall. Wouldn't recommend this location at least not after 10.

  Our experience has been steadily declining over the last 6 months or so. The food always comes out lukewarm (and always missing something) but I overlooked that because of the good service. Our most recent visit was just all around unpleasant. The food, as usual, was lukewarm but our waitress was absolutely miserable. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or genuinely hated us and her job. She was snappy, unpersonable and just overall rude.

  Extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism. When we walked in to pickup the order, there was just 2 customers and probably 15-20 staffs. Yet, no one cares to check in. Almost everyone walks in to kitchen with floor empty. Took over 40mins to get the order, that too after a complaint where I walked into the kitchen entrance and asked someone to help. Then, just like that, someone says, oh your food is coming soon. Well they were cold, so it was ready way ahead, just no one cared to bring it in.
