The crust on the chicken had separated from the meat, and the meat was dry and I ordered all dark meat! The fries portion of the meal was terrible too! The fries were hard and almost hollow on the inside! To be fair, the rest of the meal was edible as that was what my family had left to eat! I spent a lot of money for this meal,and as I stated earlier, I was terribly disappointed! I have ordered from here before and the food was great, but I probably won't be ordering anything else from there.

I also witnessed staff prepare multiple orders incorrectly, including giving a young man the wrong order. When I received my own order, several items were missing. The items that were included appeared to be carelessly thrown together, with little attention to quality or presentation. As paying customers in Sumner County, we expect better service and greater care when our food is being prepared. This visit to the Bojangles on Indian Lake Blvd. was disappointing, and I hope management takes the time to address these issues or re training with the staff.

The manager walked right passed us several time spoke with other customers NEVER CAME TO OUR TABLE. Our food was OK, me and my husband ordered red beans and rice and it was not good at all. Our experience made our decide not to go back there are other Places in Hendersonville that would enjoy our money. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!
