  Want a delicious roast beef sandwich, this store has the best sliced Beef in Hendersonville, Tn. Don't trust me, stop in and try yourself.

  Went there tonight to order food. No one was at the front counter. They were all in the back talking and laughing with each other. My husband and I were at the front for about 15 minutes and kept saying hello. No one came to greet us or take our order. They even ignored a car in the drive thru until the car just drove away. Very terrible service.

  I ordered a large cheese stick and a small curly fry, made to order. Received my food and neither had been made fresh. I asked the worker if she (Gianna) could take it back. She then had an attitude, tried to argue with me saying they had just came up, and then slammed the window. The cheese sticks were hard, clearly not fresh. After having the attitude with me, she snatched the cheese sticks and yelled to her coworkers to make new ones. I just didn’t feel the need for the attitude from the worker getting paid to do her job correctly.

  My Grandson and I ate there today. The potato cakes , fried pie and curly fries were not fit to eat. The grease was old and nasty.. Cooked so hard could barely eat it. I was looking forward to good potato cakes. I don't eat out often but today we did. I'm very disappointed ☹️

  So shoutout to the younger cute girl working the night shift! She seemed to be running the show while keeping her trainees on point and directing them as if she should be management! Jalong (apologies if spelled incorrectly) was a character that’s for sure! Great personality and 10star customer service. Made the atmosphere fun and entertaining while handling his duties as if he had been there for years. The night shift crew definitely made my evening and gave me great enjoyment, so glad I chose to come inside to order! I really hope the new trainee got a ride and his mom didn’t forget to pick him up, but I can tell he is in great hands while learning from the two previously mentioned employees! Can’t wait to go back and see my new favorite employees! They absolutely deserve an accommodation for their customer service! Thank you again!
