  Today was like every other time I've been in the last year ONLY WORSE. I ORDERED 10 piece box with 2 sides , then I said I'd like 4 breast total to make a 12 piece box of chicken. I was charged the normal $27 and change for the 10 piece , then they up charged me for 4 additional breast. I tried to tell they I should only be up charged for 2 additional breast because I should get 2 breast with the 10 piece. They didn't get it so finally I just paid for it. When I got home I didn't get 12 peices of chicken, I didn't even get 4 breast that I was up charged for. No I got 4 wings , 1 chicken leg, 1 thigh and 3 breast. 9 piece total and I spent $34.00 When I called them they said we will give you a refund or you can come back and get the other 4 peices. I said refund me the difference. I didn't want to drive back from Finger to Henderson, they then informed me I would have to come back, bring my receipt and my debit card to give a refund. Now im really upset, but I drove back and guess what? They didn't have to have my card they just needed the 4 last numbers of my card from the receipt and they said they couldn't print a refund but I should see in back in my account in a couple of days. I do not reccomend this place to anyone. They had 9 people on staff and I wait almost 20 minutes the first time in to get 9 peices of chicken.

  The only problem I have with this particular jack is the service the person some who took my order had a bad attitude
