  Don't know about folks having trouble, but we did not. Excellent staff, pizza, etc. Place was quiet. Could maybe do with lights that are not trying so hard to outshine the sun, but still a great time.

  Only 2 employees were working at the pizza hut in Harriman TN at 1:30 pm they did a excellent job. They were very informative of the situation. The restaurant was spotless. Restrooms window sills floors under sides of tables. Quality of pizza and service in a timely manner was impeccable.

  Very nice employees BUT THEY ARE OUT OF PAN PIZZA CRUST 70%OF THE TIME I ORDER.

  The manager, Johnathon, was awesome and helped us take advantage of the daily specials and created a great atmosphere.

  Ordered 2 pizzas delivered. Both pizzas were wrong. I called the store which their phone goes directly to corporate, but they did transfer me to Harriman store. The man I spoke with basically said tough he could not do anything because they subcontract through door dash and do not have any drivers. He then proceeded to tell me he could give me a 20 credit for future purchases. I said why would I have a future purchase when I can't can't get what i ordered. Mind you i have a 5 year old who did not get her pizza due to this. I consistently asked the man for his name, and he said I was blowing this way out of proportion. He refused to give me his name and then hung up on me. If you have children do not order from here because they will not bring you the correct order if they mess up like they did with me!!!
