  Avoid this restaurant at all costs my family stopped ordering pizza there a while ago but we still would get their wings well numerous times we've gotten them and they taste like the grease is not been changed in Forever today we got wings that the guy argued with me were mild when I told him they were way hotter than mild he tried to tell me that's the way they make it and that he was not going to let me bring them back and give me ones that were right because he made them personally and he couldn't be wrong

  Im very disappointed in today's experience! I called earlier in the week to see if this location had a buffet. I was put on hold for several minutes before a nice lady came on the phone and told me they did and the hours were 11-1 weekdays. Today (Fri) I arrived at 10:48 (they open at 10:00) and there was a sign on the door that said "Back in 10". Shortly before 11:00 the sign came down and I went in and was greeted by a nice young lady. Not seeing the buffet lighted or with food on it I asked if there was a buffet today. Stammering, her answer wasn't clear when there was a buffet telling me that another lady ran the buffet and she wasn't here that day and sometimes they closed it early when business was slow (the restaurant had only been open for an hour). She then asked the young man working if there was a buffet today and he said no that another lady always ran it. So I had to ask when she worked "Usually M-Thurs" was the answer and he followed by saying "we don't do the buffet on weekends " (it was Fri). In my experience this poor consistency in management and service is also reflected in the quality of food. Very disappointed!

  I ordered a pizza left my house went to pick it up. The thug they had working the door would not let me in. I ordered the pizza through the number I got there before they closed + the guy told me to get out they was closed. Harriman pizza hut needs to do better.

  ​Ordered a pizza with extra sauce and received one with barely any sauce at all. When I called to politely get it fixed and offered to show photos, the employee on the phone completely lost it. He yelled at me, claimed he "ran the store," and flat out refused to let me speak to a manager or supervisor before hanging up on me. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Avoid this location
