  Sonic in Greenville has the slowest drive-thru and response even if you're eating there of any Sonic I've been to in East Tennessee. It's horrible took us 15 minutes to get a drink through the drive-thru and no one was there but us.

  Absolutely ridiculous drive-thru wait times 3/3 times I’ve been here. I will not be coming back. You can’t even leave the drive-thru cause you’re blocked in. I’ve been in line for 20 mins, and haven’t been to the ordering spot yet.

  The food was pretty and the service was really good. The girl who served us was named caidence she was really kind and was a hard worker.

  Was not crazy about the drive thru, im unfamiliar with the area and only drive through their from time to time. Went around the whole building to get to the drive thru and it was a slight sharp turn. If you have a large truck or suv, it will be real close. Other than that all good.

  45 minutes waiting was given the wrong order. Was told they remake it my order. But was given cold food because they found order that was made over 30 minutes ago and thing were missing on top of everything. Said they remake it but after finding old food and trying to give it out I didnt trust they wouldnt just put it in microwave the old food and because I don't want food poisoning. asked for a refund. I understand being shorthanded and it taking longer but missing food and being told they remake it to be given cold old food because they found the order is not cool.
