  My husband and I came to this sonic and it seemed as though everyone hated their jobs. The person taking our order, the person taking the money/card and our food was halfway outside the burger box. I asked for large size for both meals and the one taking our order even repeated it and so we got our food and it was a medium and they even rang it up as that. I was done with this sonic that I just grabbed the food and left.. HORRIBLE

  Came here on 7/24 to get food for me and my 9 year old and had ordered our meals online thru the app. Sat in the stall for 30 minutes waiting for the app to work, then finally get to the speaker in the drive thru after waiting for 15/20 minutes, and rudely was told that I will have to wait longer because "there was only three employees there" and people had been there waiting for "thirty minutes" well I spoke up and said I was waiting for over 45 minutes/to a hour then she rudely said I would just have to wait. Even though my food was already paid for and waiting for me. It absolutely made no sense. I ended up telling her to just cancel my order and we didn't even get to eat.. I have never experienced bad service like that in my life and I've worked as a assistant manager in fast food myself. Whoever the young lady was working drive thru 7/24 around 11/12am but she needs a new job/career. I will never eat here again.

  Prepare for long waits and incorrectly prepared drinks or just wrong entirely,the foods good about half the time if your lucky.
