- AAAdam ArcherMay 12, 20262.0My wife and I came to Chick-fil-a for dinner on Friday night. We placed our using the mobile app and dined in. When our order was brought to us in a rush and began leaving when saw that food was missing from our order. I explained that we had items missing and she then came back with the missing items. As we began to eat my wife found that she didn’t receive the egg that was supposed to be with salad and had to go ask for it. Someone came out a moment later with the egg. As I began eating my sandwich it was cold. As we were leaving I went to the counter and asked for a refill on my unsweetened tea (because I am diabetic). We had got back on the road and that is when I discovered that I received sweet tea. After this experience, I am very disappointed with food and service it will be awhile before I return if at all.
