  Went for Mother's Day. Sandwiches were good. The fries were warm(not good).

  Ate here for the first time. I ordered a large milkshake on the app, got there and was told the milkshake machine had been broken for “awhile” and that they didn’t know how to do a refund. Then got home to these fries:( the girl at the window was really sweet and it definitely wasn’t her fault, but still disappointed.

  On March 18, 2026 about 8 o’clock in the evening, we decide to go to the Arby’s on Tusculum bypass in Greeneville . It was slow and we were in line for quite a while. They seemed a bit disorganized . When we got to the window, we paid and we waited some more. My husband knocked on the window and said where is my Sandwich. A guy answered him. That’s ironic that’s what we’re trying to figure out. When the guy came back with our sandwich at the drive-through window, he said to us watch the way you speak to people and he slammed the window. My husband parked the car and went in to talk to him and the guy said he didn’t know what was going on. Whatever happened to serving your customers and taking care of them? For 20 minutes we waited. I suggest you get the training your workers need from the Chick-fil-A people because they know how to treat their customers and everything works like clockwork. We will not be coming back and we will tell our friends all about it. Many friends. Thank you for your time.

  This is an older Arby's but the staff is friendly and the food was good. Service was fast. Has a good size parking lot for vehicles with trailers.
