  Always out of something. App order. Shake machine is broken. Got a free fry. Time before Ordered the French dip, no broth. Dining room is always dirty, so I do take out.

  Shake machine not working, out of large cups no Dr Pepper no rootbeer. I ended up getting water because it was like anything I wanted was out. Not sure how you can sustain a profitable store if you run out of your best products and act like it’s normal at the drive through window

  Horrible experience you have teenagers standing around on there phones, there sweet tea aint even sweet, the floor is sticky, they no sauces in the containers you have to go up to the cashier to ask for sauce's

  Me an my wife came in an the floor is sticky all over an there tea ant sweet. An u have older people talking to teenagers about sex. An the food was cold an people wearing stuff that is not uniform.

  On August 19, 2026 I stopped at Arby's to get something to eat. I placed my order and a Coke to drink. I got to the window and was informed that they was out of Coke, so I asked for a Dr. Pepper, was out of that. I asked what they had. Just lemon aid. So I took that. The worst lemon aid I ever put in my mouth. Must have been over a year old. Today August 23, I tried to run through the drive through. There was no one in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive through. I placed my order and pulled forward behind the second vehicle in the drive through. Another car placed there order and pulled behind me blocking me in. I waited 35 to 40 mins before asking the car behind me to back up and the cars behind her left and as I left I looked in my rear view mirror and the car that was behind me was leaving. This is not fast food. How do you expect to stay in business without any drinks and taking 45+ mins and sill not deliver the food in a drive through?
