  This place is ran by a bunch of incompetent teenagers. I had to pick up a delivery here and there were two others in the lobby (one other delivery, one guy with an entirely wrong order) and two in the drive thru. I waited over 15 minutes before they even asked the name for the order and they screamed that it had already been picked up a loooong time ago and said they can’t remake it. Too busy messing up orders to make sure their delivery orders aren’t stolen. Based on what I witnessed and overheard in the kitchen, this location is not gonna last very much longer. Extremely poor management—coming from experience.

  Massive disappointment this evening. Customer service was trash; the order was incorrect and instead of attempting any reconciliation when trying to recount my order, I was just stared at with an open mouth. The order on the drive thru menu screen was accurate so idk where the disconnect occurred to be honest. He slammed the window in my face twice, left out straws and sauce, then tried to charge me a random amount to which he couldn’t tell me what it was for.

  Chips, Stale. Shells, Stale. Meat on my Nachos Bell Grande, None. Beans on the Bell Grande looked like they were put on them yesterday ( That might explain the stale chips) But hey...They made up for it by screwing up my wifes order. This has to be the sorriest Taco Bell I've ever been to.

  The staff was friendly and fast. The store was very clean. Everything went smoothly.
