  Ok wasn't going to say anything but a car pulled up after us and we just ordered 2 milkshakes. We wait for at least 15 minutes and the other car gets served first?? Come on need better service and we should somehow get 2 milkshakes for half off price after waiting nobody came out to us. Ridiculous!

  It takes forever to get your food. I paid cash when I did finally get it 25.75 was what I paid. My change should’ve been $2.12. I told her to keep a dollar and give me a dollar she said keep the change.??? I said no, give me a dollar you keep a dollar. I don’t know what she was thinking, but she still didn’t give me my change. Asked me if that was all I needed. I should’ve told her just to give me all of my change back because something in her head obviously wasn’t getting through, but I drove away. This isn’t the first or second time I’ve been to a restaurant in Greenbrier and they had trouble giving me my change back. .. I went to Greenbrier schools and my math isn’t that bad.. The food was cold. The burger was terrible. The mozzarella sticks were pretty good though.

  Am I reviewing SONIC? Yes I am. Mainly because the guy taking our order was awesome. I’m upset I didn’t get his name but after they were out of a lot of the flavors and things I was trying to order for a slushy, I told him to surprise me. He asked me a few questions on flavor profiles and what I like and then proceeded to make something special for me. I dont know, it was just a cool gesture for a Sonic. I’ll go back and get his name one day, but shoutout the kid !!

  Orders are usually wrong orhalf made. My medium shake and blast were 1/3 vanilla in the bottom. Of course you don't find that out until you're home and almost done. We visited well before closing so as to not create an inconvenience for staff and got semi-polite service. We live locally and love taking advantage of our close fast food options but this sonic struggles greatly with order consistency

  I waited and additional 12 minutes after my mobile order was supposed to be ready and had to hit the button again to let them know I still hadn't been served. The order was served off the screen as if it was in the way, so 3 minutes later I had to let whom I assume was the manager on duty know that I still hadn't received it. A young man brought it out eventually. It was missing salt and pepper packets that I had requested and also both burgers were missing the ketchup that was supposed to be on them. The burgers were ice cold, per usual. I remember when Sonic operated and a high level serving the food hot and fresh. I suppose that was the good old days.
