  Worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Asked for a hot fudge sundae with chocolate and caramel and was brought out the saddest sundae I’ve ever seen. Asked the young lady if I could get extra fudge since they put a tiny amount at the bottom of the cup that I couldn’t even get to. She said I’ll bring you a cup of fudge and never returned. Placed a call to speak with a manager that sounded like a child and all she said was thanks for letting her know. Thanks for the experience!! I will never be back!

  Waited thirty mins after checking in just to be missing items and pushed the bottom three times just for it to turn off .

  I don’t know if they were having an off day, we ordered 2 Rt 44 Coke zeros, large onion rings. It took about 20 minutes to get the order (ordered thru the app) then one of the Coke Zero was just carbonated water, they replaced it with a Dr. Pepper. The onion rings were over cooked with a burnt taste. We might give them another chance one day.

  Past 2 times they have messed up my order! I ordered and paid for extra chili and cheese on my tots, and they are so dry I am choking trying to eat them 🙄! And of course I’m missing food too! I never had a problem until this new management! Will not be back! My drinks have even tasted nasty
