  Give places the benefit of the doubt, but after I’ve come to this McDonald’s multiple times and at different times of the day, nothing seems to change, no matter what I wait an ungodly amount of time just to receive my food, asking for things seems to be the end of the world for these people, people are just outright disrespectful at this location, every single time we go there, also for the amount of time that you wait for your food at this location someway, somehow your order always seems to be messed up, missing something, cold, or put together like a third grader put it together, honestly the low rating of this McDonald’s explains itself, and when you ask them to fix anything, you might as well have just acted like the world is going to end to these people, if you hate your job so much remember you chose this job make the best of it don’t make other people Suffer because You hate your job or are downright just lazy. Honestly, I would drive to Goodlettsville just to go to McDonald’s at this point.

  Honestly I’m at a lost for words, my salads never been so tossed in my life good service if you know what I’m sayin.. all in all good food and great vibes!

  No problem with the food. It's was normal take out burger. Inside the restaurant was horribly loud due to the 6 teenage boys yelling thru the place. One of which may have been related to the woman on drive thru because he was yelling back to her. I ordered on the kiosk and it didn't give me a receipt as usual so I waited at the register to get one. As I stood there the same woman at the drive thru stated if I need to order use a kiosk! She didn't even ask what I needed. Not sure who she was in her special silver shirt but she needs a class in customer relations.

  5 stars across board, my daughter just moved to Greenbrier 2 weeks ago, I have stopped in twice at this location both times was exceptional, food and service were examples of what you should expect from a McDonalds. I spoke to Pierre the manager when I stopped by on Wednesday July 8th, mid afternoon, all food was hot and fresh, extremely clean, even noticed an employee in restroom who made sure to wash hands before returning to work. I told Pierrre I wish him and his crew were at a local McDonalds here in Nashville, they would be over run with business with the quality they provide. Whomever reads this make sure your people know you appreciate them.
