- DEdeann ѕelғJul 26, 20262.0Went in to pick up my order and was told it was made wrong and that they were re-making it, ok no big deal everything is fine, then I receive my pizza and it was wrong again so I have to wait another 7 minutes. My issues lies with the other staff there. The gentleman with the red hair and glasses was the only one who was making food while 3 other staff members were on their phones including the manager. I feel that if the other employees were to work then the orders would be made correctly. The gentleman who was working was very helpful and apologized and I genuinely felt bad for him.

Both times pizza was made with sauce and had to be remade. 1st time they didn't even get the ingredients right on the remake. If you have to have a special request, I'd suggest you go somewhere else

Ordered from papa John’s in Gray, TN (Bobby Hicks Hwy) tonight like we do every Saturday night with our grandkids .. the pizza came like the second picture .. was suppose to be extra cheese ( not much there as you can see) called and they were very rude had to take pizza back to get a new one .. was told to leave the store bc we were rude to him.. all we said was we needed to get a better pizza! Look at your food before you leave them !
