  yall r always closing early 😤😤😤 yall not supposed to close until like 3 am and it’s only 10 and they told me they r closed. idk if it’s a reason on why but i have a feeling the employees r just lazy cuz i used to do ts too but closing 4 hours early multipleeee times is crazy. a girl just want her crunch wrap fr LOCK IN AND KEEP TS OPEN or at least tell me ur new hours cuz im #depressed

  Did a mobile order and then proceeded to get there and the staff told me they were closed very rudely when the store hours clearly stated they did not close at that time for another 2 hours not

  Constantly missing items in the order. Sometimes it's just one item, other times it's an entire meal. They act like they're being wronged when you ask for the food you ordered. I ordered a crunchwrap meal this time, where's the meat??? Husband ordered crispy chicken nuggets deluxe combo, didn't even get the chicken nuggets!

  This place should be closed or replaced with robots , if you go in to order they don't even acknowledge your there I'm literally standing here writing the review now as they ignore me like I'm not even here plus the 3 people in line all bringing there food back in because they messed it up and it's not even busy here like what in the actual hell !
