I always get waited on pretty quick here and when I tell him to cook it to order then I get it quite a little bit fresher and quite a little bit hotter. The coffee at McDonald’s is exceptional.

I decided to give this location another chance because I genuinely believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt. I am also pregnant, and anyone who has experienced pregnancy cravings knows how disappointing it can be when you’re looking forward to a specific meal and it doesn’t work out. Unfortunately, although my experience was somewhat better this time, I still left disappointed and without being able to enjoy my food. I ordered the same food as my previous visit. My fries were severely undercooked, and my chicken still had frost on it. Obviously, I cannot eat chicken that is still frozen, so I had to send it back. On top of that, my entire order was incorrect. At this point, I had already waited and dealt with enough that I just wanted to be able to enjoy the food I had specifically come back for. I also want to address something concerning about the employee who took my order and brought my food out. He seemed extremely rushed and exhausted when taking my order, which I initially didn’t think much of. However, when he brought my food out, his eyes appeared very red and dilated, and he did not seem fully present or capable of properly carrying out his responsibilities. I understand that people have things going on outside of work, and I am not here to judge anyone personally. However, if someone is in a condition where they cannot properly perform their job, especially when handling and preparing food, that is something management needs to take seriously. I cannot say what was going on with him, but the situation was concerning, and it directly affected my experience. I also want to point out that there ARE genuinely good employees at this location. There is a gentleman who wears glasses, is a little bigger, and is always friendly and willing to help fix any issues. There is also another gentleman, a white guy who is usually taking orders, who is always joking around and seems to make the best of his day. Those employees deserve recognition because they make customers feel welcomed and show that this location is capable of providing a good experience. I really wanted to give this location another chance, but unfortunately, I still didn’t get to enjoy the food I came for. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, because customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly deal with incorrect orders, undercooked food, or concerns about whether the people handling their food are fit to work. There is potential here, and I would genuinely like to see this location do better.

Best McDonald's I've been to in years. food was consistent across multiple days and service was quick! 100x better than the McDonald's I got here in Georgia. I'll definitely want to come back here next time I'm near Nashville area
