  I decided to try 7 Brews, I asked at the window if server could throw away wrapping off the straw...He said it was company policy that "he could not throw away the wrapping off the straw" which was just handed to me. I politely asked that my money be refunded and I left and went to Starbucks. Starbucks has a trash can. I will not be back to 7 brews if that is indeed company policy and level of service.

  I came in and ordered a banana bread cold brew which is one of their featured drinks right now. Tell me why it is missing the important things that make it cold brew. There is no indication that the foam and drizzle is not included when one orders the drink. It’s ridiculous. And to add to that there’s barely any hazelnut flavoring. Talk about advertisement versus reality. This is the second time this has happened but I forgave the first one because I thought it was a fluke. Apparently not.

  The workers are always friendly and seem to be happy to help and work. I love the posted vote option for the day, that's written on the door. It makes the visit personal.

  For the 2nd time, I get home with my coffee & it has no flavor. The blondie is usually sweet but not this whatever I was given. Guess someone skipped adding the caramel & vanilla. Had to add flavored creamer to make it semi decent

  the drink I ordered literally just tasted like straight up fizz there was no flavor and I order flavors.
