  I normally go to the white TN location where the panda mocha chiller is my favorite probably ordered it 10+ times always comes as advertised with chocolate drizzle and whipped cream. My husband has never had it so I talked him into trying it at this location where we were handed 2 drinks that had no drizzle or whipped cream. We then asked a employee if that was right and we were told "you have to ask for that" you have to ask to receive the drink that's advertised? I have to have sugar free due to a surgery I had and that response makes me question if they are paying any attention to what they are making. Very disappointed this time around.

  It was my first time going to 7brew and I had the pleasure of James taking my order he was super inviting and friendly and suggested some really good drink options.

  So I went through this morning 06/23 cause I was out of creamer (happens) and I went through once before in BG and the coffee was good and cheaper than the S word one. And the girl was so rude. I asked for a menu (cause you know I've only been once) she was so put off that I asked for one. She didn't smile once and I know she has one cause she was laughing with her co workers and other cars. Now for those of you thinking that maybe I was snippy with her cause it was early, I've worked in customer service for 20+ years and I said good morning can I see a menu please. And she never became friendly, more like she was ready to get the lady that asked for a menu away from her. I did tip her cause that's just what you do. Just an unfortunate experience.
