- LNlaura nguyenAug 26, 20261.0i don’t know what’s up w this dunkin but every time i come here my order is always wrong. i tried again today after the last mix up and didn’t know it could be worse. my drink and food were not what i ordered after she made me repeat it at the speaker 2 times??? and the employees at the drive thru always got an attitude like if u hate the job than quit… or find another job that doesn’t involve customer service. i don’t even wanna go back to tell them they messed up my order. EDIT: i just realized they gave me a plastic knife to eat with my loaded hashbrowns i didn’t order.

BTW, Uber support sucks too! One of the delivery people told me to call store. I did that and the person on the phone rudely exclaimed that they were of donuts. Now "Dunkin Donuts" makes donuts, coffee and some sandwiches. Seems kind of simple. NOT! Completely mismanaged place. Never going back!

This time I went inside and immediately felt as though I was an inconvenience for being in the store. Not lost on me that Saturday mornings are busy however, I don’t see that as an excuse for the employees to lack basic personal skills and respect. Easy decision to skip this location and drive a little further down the road in the future.

After 4 minutes and no line whatsoever so I pulled on to the window and this girl with super long eyelashes she could barely see thru just stared at me. I said I have a mobile order. She responded, "It ain't done" and started texting on her phone so I waited 3-4 minutes longer for a guy to hand me my drink with no straw and no communication. A minute later he hands me my munchkin and no communication once again. Just rude and shouldn't be allowed to treat customers like that. I wish I could take my tip back!!! I will never go back to this location!!
