  The system had a glitch and WILL the manager was very swift on his feet to accommodate the mistakes by the system, help clear confusion, and remedy all mistakes made by the mobile app. I put in my 5 star review not only for the quality of food, but mostly for the quality of people working at this location. Thank you to the manager and team for acting and servicing me with kindness and understanding!

  It's really really too bad nobody at this Chick-fil-A *or* Chick-fil-A corporate apparently gives a tinker's dam about service any longer. For this location, they've gone from 5 star reviews to lots of 1s and 2s for a couple of simple reasons. Chief among the issues is the speed of service now - or lack thereof. This restaurant was consistently fast and always accurate with orders in the past. Once again, after leaving a sub par review, I gave them another chance today. By 8:15 in the morning there really shouldn't be a backup of vehicles in both the drive thru order and the line for cars using the app. (BTW, it's totally a roll of the dice which line will be faster - don't depend on it being whichever one you're in!) But yes, one again there was an extended wait in both lines. When we finally got up to the window , we were handed our drinks and the food and we pulled out. It goes against my grain to be 'that guy' who jacks around with his bag and drink without moving the car. Once we got on Germantown my wife finally found straws in our own glovebox after GETTING NONE for our drinks in the bag. (Just once, I'd like to haul one of these clowns at this Chick-fil-A out of the restaurant and make THEM have to keep a full cup without spilling the drink in traffic when THEY are forced to not have a straw) But I digress. It was a simple order. Bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and a plain biscuit with strawberry jam. Guess what? NO jam in the bag. Go back and tell the manager, maybe? RIIIIIGHT. If the manager cared at all, employees would be trained - and expected - to to it mostly right. At this lousy place, you're lucky if you get your order right 50% of the time. Simply put - this location is STILL lousy. Lousy owners (who don't care enough to hire decent managers), lousy managers and lousy employees. NOTE: try calling this joint to complain and you will get gray hair waiting on them to answer the phone. AVOID this place like the plague

  It didn’t take long for my food and the atmosphere is also amazing and the employees were very kind especially Donald he is funny and cracks jokes and a very nice man will be coming back!

  This service was AMAZING best chick-fil-a I EVER been too, I loveeee the people and there so positive, especially “Donald” he’s so funny and amazing he cheered me up and crack jokes, very nice funny man, WELL come again ❤️
