Bain Barbecue brings Texas-style barbecue to Germantown, TN. We smoke everything fresh daily over pure oak: Wagyu beef brisket sliced to order, St. Louis ribs, hand-pulled pork, and smoked turkey, plus our signature Texas Twinkies, scratch-made sides, and fresh-baked kolaches from the bakery.
