- TMTammy Moore5 days ago1.0Look here went for breakfast buffet only 4 people. Wasn't extremely crowded the server was VERY NICE AND ATTENTIVE. The buffet wasn't stocked at all stood there over 10min waiting for food a short lady kept coming out looking at it she refilled eggs which didn't need any and biscuits. Bacon , sausage and potatoes remain empty. Finally brought 12 sausage and bacon for 8 peoplein line. REALLY then walked away brought a young man out telling him he needs to be on top of things and know what's missing. I spoke up and said "hell I can tell you what's missing. She got upset and said I can see it. I gave her back my plate and then she's like I only have 3 people Excuses.. 3 other people began to also complain that's when OLGA CAME DOWN THE RAMP HOLLERING WHATS THE PROBLEM . Its you Olga you should not be in customer service. All other employees where outstanding but this Olga lady totally sucked. I did not eat there. And recommended if Olga working you don't either. If Upper management would like to chat I am up for that. She needs anger management.

- BKB KJul 6, 20261.0First I love Shoney's restaurants in general, HOWEVER this was the absolute worst Shoney's I've ever eaten at. In fact probably one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food was terrible and that's being kind. The buffet which is upstairs and out of sight when you come in had limited items for dinner. The mashed potatoes were a mash of gooey gelatinous mess and everything else was picked over and looked like it had been there for days. The server was friendly but that was the only thing that was decent about this visit. The cost for 2 of us was about $45 and it wasn't worth 45 cents in my opinion. Beware of this place, the review is harsh but well deserved.
