Staff was rude because I for one chose to pay with cash after ordering on kiosk then because I used my fiances account for the simple medium sweet tea I ordered wont be stopping at this one again

Barely warm food, slow service. Is there much to say? Me and a group of friends went. Five people in the group, by the way. Three of us got big orders, not extremely big, but enough to take longer. The other two got smaller order.
One got two cookies and the other got a happy meal. The three got their orders first, which wasn't so weird. We sat there for twenty minutes. Majority of the wait was for the two who had smaller orders. Meanwhile, employees were in the kitchen talking and walking out of the facility.
We are all minors, might I add. The adult we were with finally had enough and entered the building to question what was taking so long. One employee says something like the kiosk is messed up and we had to go to the register to show the receipts. The funny thing is, the three people with the bigger orders did not show receipts and got their orders perfectly fine. While the other two showed the recepts and the adult stood near, one employee stared at me and the two other girls who got our meals.
This experience was so bad, I wrote a review. This is my first review from what I remember. The service was terrible and they need better staff training. Playing around in the kitchen while people are waiting for food. If the kiosk is messed up, fix it. I wouldn't recommend coming to this establishment.

Ordered a 2 for $5 breakfast. Because I ordered one item w/o egg, said they had to charge full price for both items. Had to cancel the order (over $8) and re-order both regular and remove the egg to get 2 for $5. Why? Next day had to pull forward to "wait" on oatmeal. It is literally only had to add hot water with no one in front or behind me in line.
