Mr.Charlie & his staff were EXTREMELY nice & helpful!! Mr.Charlie took the time to explain how the food is done/ how it comes….The place was PRISTINE CLEAN the whole staff was cleaning the whole 45 mins we sat down and ate … I didn’t see not one employee on their phone / leaning on counters / standing around! I HIGHLY recommend this place!! I would give 10 stars if I could!!! Give all these employees A RAISE!!

The Diet Coke dispenser had no syrup, so the soda came out completely clear. I brought it to the attention of an employee, but all they said was, "Okay." No one made any effort to fix the machine or offer an alternative, so I ended up getting unsweetened tea instead. I then went to wash my hands in the restroom and found there was no soap, no paper towels, and no hand sanitizer. This is not only unsanitary for customers but also raises serious concerns about food safety. How are employees washing their hands after using the restroom before preparing food? I reported the lack of soap to another employee, who seemed frustrated and responded, "I just filled it up!" Shortly afterward, another customer came into the restroom and made the same comment about there being no soap. That customer also discovered that the Diet Coke machine still wasn't working. There were several employees working, yet no one seemed concerned about resolving these issues or ensuring customers had a positive experience. Basic cleanliness and customer service should be a priority. I left very disappointed and will not be returning to this Five Guys location.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
