The food was horrible & everyone ended up with food poisoning except me and that is only because I sent the Mahi Mahi back due to it not being fully cooked and decided not to order anything else. We tried to call them but the phone doesn’t work due to a lightening strike we were told. Went back the next day to get a full refund but I was told we would have to wait for the GM to approve our refund. We are not holding out breath due to the amount of similar reviews I’ve read on Yelp. There are so many great places to eat in Gatlinburg that do not waste your time or money on this place. The management obviously does not care about how bad and unhealthy their food is. Update - We gave them the information they requested. We never heard back and will be posting a review on all our socials. My advice stands there are plenty of great places to eat in Gatlinburg where they food is fresh and there is no concern of getting food poisoning. Management does not care and that is not only evident by our experience but other reviews on Yelp and other social media sites.

Food was very tasty and fresh and hot out of the kitchen. We had excellent service provided by Graham, who was always there when we needed something. The atmosphere was great, it was interesting to look at all the pictures from the movie Forrest Gump.

Our server was Izzy, and she was phenomenal!! My family and I are very social people, and she just fit in and made our experience there better than it already was. Me and my cousin had split the crab and shrimp boil, and she was kind enough to tie the plastic bib around us; it was just a fun time. Our food, including my dad's Gumbo, was perfect. Especially the garlic bread!!!! Our neighboring table even paid for a tequila shot as a birthday gift, and she made sure I got a good one. Overall, 10/10. Plan on coming back in October for a friend, and I hope Izzy is there when we stop in.

It was sitting in a pool of liquid with no seasoning. The shrimp was over cooked, dry and tasteless. They shoved the garlic bread in to the soup so it was saturated. I spoke with the waitress and questioned if I got the wrong thing it didn't look anything like the picture. She pulled out the picture and said that that was what i ordered and walked away. I asked for the manager and he took it off the bill.

Lamar’s positive attitude, professionalism, and great sense of humour really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and it made all the difference to our visit.
