  I made a reservation and received a confirmation, so I planned my evening around visiting this restaurant. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I found that the restaurant was completely closed due to a water supply issue. Of course, I understand that unexpected technical problems can happen and may be beyond the restaurant’s control. What disappointed me most, however, was the complete lack of communication. I had provided both my phone number and email address when making the reservation, yet I received no message, no cancellation notice, and not even an apology. A simple notification would have saved me an unnecessary trip and would have shown basic respect for a guest’s time. The situation itself is understandable, but the way it was handled — and the lack of communication with guests — left a very disappointing impression.

  Worst experience ever with this business chain.My review is not going to change the behavior overnight but if they are not changed they will be running out of business within couple of years in this competetitive market. Dear management, if you think you have a very good productive manager who is taking booking till 10pm and forcing customers to order everything within 2 mins of seating and then asks the waiter to clean the other tables, its something wrong. We were told to use used appetizer plate as sharing plate for main course as she doesn't want to provide a new plate...dusgusting attitude ..what fo you think ? You are surviving bcs of customers , so treat them properly, if ypu dont know how, arrange training for the staff, dont just get someone.. we asked something from menu , she went on arguing that is not there unless we show and then she argued that its new menu, she was not aware, that is not our problem.... Dont reply this saying you will look into this, just get rid of the trouble maker who is creating the environment and if as franchisee owner you are forcing everybody to do this, then bubba gump corporate should take action. I have never been so upset after family diner at vacation place, you have successfully ruined that. Soon, you wil see the karma returned on your fate. Again, pls dont reply saying we will look into this....do something and then reply what you have done to respect and treat customers properly....

  We arrived at 2:02pm and walked out after 1 hour waiting for food. More significant than the wait itself was the shockingly, unusually low temperature inside the restaurant—it was simply unbearable for my family. We wouldn't mind waiting an hour for food, but we were not willing to risk the health of the elderly and children in such freezing conditions. It simply wasn't worth the suffering. You cannot enjoy a meal in such terrible cold, no matter how delicious the food might be. We paid for few cups of juice and left. This was my first and last visit; I will avoid this brand wherever I encounter it. Most of their replies to customer feed back were made by robot and it's the way they ignore customers' ideas unrespectfully.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My family and I went for lunch the other day. I had the Southern Seafood Boil—Cajun style. It was horrendous!!! It was served cold, not fresh, and very expensive. I asked the waitress for a crab cracker, and she told me that the servers had thrown them away. She pointed to some useless red plastic tool. My husband and my daughter had BBQ ribs, and both dishes looked terrible—not fresh at all. The French fries tasted stale and were cold. I have been to the one in New York, and it doesn't compare at all.

  We have been to these restaurants before and we enjoy them. The food has always been good and reasonably priced. Well we had such a great time at this one all due to our server, Lukas McDonald. Lukas you made our time there fantastic! You are true treasure, funny, kind and genuine! Bubbas is very lucky to have you but, we hope you all the luck and success with your music career!! Thanks again and great job! Now we can say we knew you before you famous! 😁
