  My husband and I came here the food was good like always but service lacked. After our first initial order it took a while for the waitress to come back to our table. Then my husband ordered and beer, never got it. Then after receiving our entrees our glasses were empty and the waitress waltzed away and disappeared around the corner were the fountain is on 2nd floor for 5+ mins and we were half way done with our food before (our sign was flipped) for her to come back from around the corner where she had gone to come and refill them. She should have taken them to the fountain she already went to to refill them after she brought our food. We were very disappointed and wish the service was better. We come here every time we visit pigeon forge or Gatlinburg.

  We have not been to a Bubba's in 30 years but were looking forward to a reasonably priced seafood dinner. We each had an entree and an alcoholic beverage. The next evening we ate at the Cherokee Grill and each had a steak and an alcoholic beverage. Only $20 bucks more total for the top steakhouse in town. Our meals were fine here. Waiter was in a coma with no personality. A steady stream of servers hustling past our table at top speed. It's a typical trendy chain restaurant we understand and knew what to expect as far as the decor. No real complaints here, just wanted to try it out one more time.

  Do NOT get the stuffed shrimp. Potatoes tasted off and the ribeye was nothing but fat. My fiance got the fried basket and really liked it. The service was genuinely lovely, the hostess was so sweet and our waiter was equally as lovely. But man the food...was awful. Go for the atmosphere, be gentle with ordering food.

  The employees were rude and the manager had to come out and correct everything. The manager was then also rude. A person in our party make a joke about one person paying the bill for everyone then clarified it was a joke. They then precede to talk to us like we were stupid. We had to get a receipt to section it off ourselves. We had also used numbers from the beginning to section everything off from the beginning. The manager was rude by being very dismissive when we made him aware of this all. I will not go back.

Montana delivered top‑tier service from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Every recommendation she made was spot‑on, and she checked in at the perfect times without ever feeling intrusive. Her professionalism and friendly personality made the entire dining experience feel effortless and enjoyable. If you’re visiting Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., do yourself a favor and ask for Montana. She deserves every bit of this five‑star rating for her outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back.
