We were told no spoons as we were given a spoon to eat one of the double scoops. When we asked if we could try with one of the tongue depressors, we were told no. So we didn’t buy it.there. Ben and Jerry’s treated us completely differently. That's where we will go from now on.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
