I haven't been inside yet, but the drive thru always goes well for me. This location's food is way better than the one by Kroger, and the people here are usually pretty nice. My only complaint is there is almost always an unusually long wait, even when they're not busy, but nothing insanely long :/

Folks let me tell you this is by far one of the nastiest Tacobell I e seen in my history. I watched a man clean the counters then use the same gloves and make my food when I questioned it he just said oh your not happy I’ll just refund you. Not I’m sorry let me make it again. Nothing

Absolutely terrible drive-thru experience. I was never greeted, never acknowledged, and the interaction felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. To make matters worse, I wasn’t given a receipt with my order.
I understand that many fast-food employees are young or may be new to the job, and everyone has to start somewhere. However, when customers are paying good money for food, basic customer service should be expected. A simple greeting, acknowledgment, and proper order handling are fundamental skills that should be covered in employee training. Unfortunately, none of that happened during my visit. Very disappointing experience

Stay away from this location and the Station Camp location. The morning shift is amazing at this location but every other shift is rude and lazy. Nobody wants to do their job. Especially the girl with the red tattoo behind her ear. Very unprofessional, and it looks like many others think the same.

I love the food here. And the fact that it's brand new .. but in the evenings you guys need someone else in the drive thru that is good at their actual job. The woman I keep coming to , and I don't get taco bell daily or weekly.. Everytime I go she's the one serving me my order and attitude. The last time I went they did not have silverware.. I find it hard to believe that they didn't have silverware . It's one of the least costly items on food orders. So I asked and she said we don't have any forks . And just expected me to drive off satisfied like that. I would have appreciated her apologizing for not having forks. Not just stating that they didn't have them. Because I assume she's lying and doesn't want to turn around and grab a fork . So I love this taco bell. But please get someone else that's better equipped for customer service. I've been a shift manager in this franchise and I know I would never have some one stay near the counter or drive thru that was not friendly and lazy at their work.
