  Late night drive thru the wrapping of the tacos 🌮 weren't good enough my toppings fell out as I pulled from bag and staff was topical for late night I will return again for late night food

  We went to the 1006 Westgate dr gallatin location... we went in and the only way to order was by kiosk... we placed our order for dine-in and was going to pay in cash... after we placed order we waited... and waited... finally we went to the counter to check to make sure our order actually went through... at this point we still have not paid for out meal... nope no order under my name... so finally get to order with a flesh and blood human and paid for our meal $39.95... and we waited...and waited... every order they set on counter we checked to see if it was ours... nope... after seeing people who came in an ordered on kiosk after us , who got their food and sat down and started eating, we finally approached the counter asking about our order... the guy who took our order said i called your name 30 minutes ago...now we been sitting in the dining room all this time we checked every ordered that was placed on the counter... our order was never there... remind you this was to be a dine-in order... we were not going anywhere... they could see we had no food on our table... he said we not responsible for no not getting your order...so... ye I was getting heated like ,we paid for our food and didn't receive it on a dine-in order...so ye our voices were getting elevated and the manager came over pointing her finger at us telling us to quieten down and not to talk to her employees in an aggravated tone...that run on all over us... like we had no call to be upset... NO THIS... We will never go to the 1006 Westgate location ever again abd I urge all who read this to do the same...BOYCOTT...

  I ordered 6 cheese roll up's, added beef an sour cream. Basicly they're old Mexi melts is what it ends up being. But, Taco Bell forgot all the beef on all 6. It wasn't until we are back home at the table with my son an we bite into them that we noticed it was all cheese no beef or your cream was added an we was charged for it. I tried calling but didnt get an answer.
