  The worst experience I’ve had in ANY restaurant and or fast food service. I placed a drive thru pick up order at 11:10 am, hoping to be able to grab it by 11:35 on my lunch break from work. I arrived at 11:35, but the drive thru was longer than usual at that time and I was in a rush. Considering I had placed my order 20 minutes prior, I figured it’d almost be ready or be finished and okay to pick up inside. I have worked in fast food service, I understand dine in and drive thru is different and I understand the pick up order process. The woman working QC near the cooking station, closest to the cash registers was AWFUL to me and not any better to the woman beside me. She asked me what address I had put, when I tried to tell her she interrupted me to the point I had to loudly say “2057 nashville pike”, I told her I had placed a drive thru order but was in a rush and she looked over to her coworker out-loud and bluntly spoke about and laughed at me attempting to make me feel stupid for a simple fix. After that, I waited until 11:50 before I got my food. Therefor my order was on the screen for nearly 40 minutes, I was given no updates, no hospitality, no respect whatsoever. Fast food can be stressful, but respect should ALWAYS be given especially when a customer has not given you a reason not to. Extremely unprofessional, and as someone who used to work QC for years, you should not have a job. the way you treat others matters regardless of if youre behind the counter or infront of it.

  Poor service. Manager should be retrained or fired. Place was completely empty customer wise with kiosk ordering only. Food was cold, Nacho Bell Grande looked to have been premade as the chips were already soggy, Dorito taco thrown in the bag with toppings scattered, for a to go order, no napkins, forks, or pre-ordered sauces at kiosk placed in the bag. Laziness.

  Store is always slow, multiple times I have gone in the lobby and been completely ignored for about 10 minutes because they only focus on the drive through. Food is cold sometimes, and employees are not friendly.Not to mention management, it goes to show that management clearly is failing miserably.

  No humans taking orders inside or at the drive thru so weird there is too much noise interference for an AI voice bot to take orders....not a smart move that's for sure...And you have to use a computer to make your order inside now. The food wasn't that great either tortillas were not cooked and the soft tacos were cold too 🤮 not worth it at all...37$ for my child and I. I mean I can sit at a real Mexican Restaurant and pay less.. also we ordered some things that I would need a fork to eat with no forks were provided the napkin dispenser was empty and the drink dispenser area needs a good wipe down. There was soda all over. I do not blame the staff but upper management we got a problem.
