  Look I’ve tried to give yall grace because you’re new but I recently went there and had to wait because you didn’t have potatoes for my “spicy potato soft taco” the fact that the potatoes were fresh and you gave me two of them and no lettuce or no cheese . Yall should either be shut down or get some new employees

  Food was freshly cooked and seasoned as usual. Prices continue to climb like similar restaurants.

  I came here at 3:35pm on April 21st, 2026. I had a great experience here! Food was genuinely so good. Everything was made fresh, all items were accounted for, sauce was in the bag as well as napkins. The service was also outstanding and everything was made perfect, but came out in less than 2 minutes! This location is very good. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job!

  I dont get the hate for this place, but its my go to when im in Gallatin. People around here are just spoiled. Today i spent like $30 in here and got my ordersuper fast, i forgot something and the brother with the sleeve helped my blind old ass out, fantastic dude, saw another guy who was on his break help out a customer who was there for a mobile pick-up. I got my order for take out so I didn't have the ability to give them the chance to correct the error with my order. That said, i dont usually have problems with this place in the drive through but i did find the Pepsi Zero in the machine was messed up and over carbonated, and the chicken nuggets i got my kid were served past thier hold time. He's autistic so he wouldnt eat them, but im not picky and ate them anyway, he was right, they were out of time or over cooked, but everyone makes mistakes. Just wanted to let yall know to keep the quality of the food as great as your customer service typically is. Also the store was immaculately clean.

  I used the Taco Bell app to place my drive-thru order—something the company provides for customers. The employee at the window acted like I’d committed a crime: closed the window on me, called me “difficult,” and I overheard cussing in the back. The manager said nothing to address this unprofessional behavior. Customers shouldn’t be treated this way for using the tools the restaurant offers. Management needs to fix this. The food wasn’t even hot. I’m so confused on the issue as they also were not busy!
