  Been here three times since into town and ordered a cherry limeade and every time it just taste like a lightly flavored cherry sprite and I get them set every sonic I go to so I'm use to that it taste like and that the color is supposed to be so I ask to make sure it has flavor and they told me it would be extra for each flavor because their machines put the correct amount in and it's just odd cause I've never had this issue at any other sonic so either she's lying, or her store is privately owned and shorts the flavor to save money So I just left this time and didn't buy anything cause I've wasted money there times here and she literally told me to make it taste like all other sonics I'd have to pay for each flavor so I'm just gonna go down the Rd to the other sonic and want go back here again

  While in Gallatin for the morning I found myself getting hungry since I had to leave the house early without having breakfast. This Sonic was a mile away from where I was waiting while my wife was gong to a doctor appointment. Food was hot and fresh, prepared as ordered, and delivered to my car window promptly. I have found that some Sonics are better than others. This is one of the better ones.

  When we ordered the girl didn't let us answer her when she asked “is that it?” and just told us the total and we had to push the button again and then when we got our food we didn’t have any of the sauces that came with one meal and we were missing a drink and it didn’t show up on the ticket even though we said it and saw it on the screen and when we asked for the rest of our stuff the girl went back inside and never came back and so we had to push the button for the 3rd time to ask for the rest of the meal and they made us pay for the things they forgot then when another girl brought our stuff and we asked her for marinara and she just said “have a good night” and never came back so we pushed the button again for the 4th time and asked for marinara and they never brought it out so we pushed the button a 5th time and they FINALLY brought out the marinara

  Edit: Somehow they got worse. They even managed to forget one of my wraps in the bag. I had a couple of other items but it really goes to show they just do not care at this location. Every single time I go here they forget something. Forks, Chili on my Tots, etc. Its just getting tiring man. Do better please.

  They brought my food out wrapped up on wrong side of paper. Wax side out, shiny side in. Sorta felt like they just don't care!
