  The employees were very nice And made my order exactly the way it was supposed to be. With that being said, Jimmy John’s PLEASE change your tuna recipe. It literally tasted like i was biting into a raw onion. I could barely get through the sandwich. Why is there onions in the tuna :(

  New guy needs to learn, I don’t pay $22 for a gargantuan to fit in my mouth let alone have paid for double meat on another sandwich just for it to be regular. Waste of money and I usually love going here.

  One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I feel compelled to share what happened. I visited Jimmy John's at 8:42 PM on Thursday, February 26. There were two young ladies and one young man working. The young man appeared visibly upset that I came in close to closing time. His demeanor was rude and very disrespectful from the start. I was told I could not order a warm sandwich because they had already put everything away, so I settled for a cold item instead. The same young man prepared my meal, and when he finished, he threw it onto the countertop without a word. Despite the treatment, I politely said “thank you” and left. I will never patronize this location again. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected for arriving during posted business hours.
