At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

Blake did a great job of making sure I got my food as soon as it came out for it to go orders. I look forward Coming in and seeing a friendly face.

WOW...folks I'm a North Carolina Boy and you might know NC is known for its BQ. We'll, this place Edley's Bar-B-Que gives NC "a run for its money" or in this case Food! Restaurant Manager "Kevin" was Great in making me feel Welcomed as a First Timer! Friendly Staff! As General MacArthur once said, "I'll be Back"!!!
- RKr. kJun 25, 20263.0Half a chicken platter with 2 sides… chicken was good…did the mac&cheese as an up-charge side…. the audacity.. it looked and tasted like was in that cup for at least 2 days and heated as needed….and small cup that was HALF filled… an extra $1.25 for this…. rest of food was good… would i come back… most likely no..
- JJJeff JohnsonJun 20, 20261.0Honestly some of the worst ribs I have ever had. Seems like it’s 90% solid fat and the toughest ribs. Even worse it came out cold. I’m doing dine in and I will never be back to this restaurant. ML Rose next door is honestly way better than this place even better McDonald’s has better food than this restaurant. I’m a GM of a restaurant and the service and the food was just terrible I’d be ashamed if I was in charge of this establishment.
- JFJim FusonJun 16, 20261.0Beware of the June bugs! The location that we stopped at in Gallatin is partially open to the outdoors through the bar area. Consequently flies and those small beetles that look like June bugs have access to the interior which also includes the kitchen evidently. We had ordered green beans as a side and found one of them in the green beans dead so it had been in there for a while. My wife took it to the hostess. The manager came out and apologized and gave us a fresh set of green beans but for $76 worth of expensive food I would have thought he would at least offered to remove those green beans from the bill which he never did. Honestly it would have been a great gesture for them to pay for the meal since my mother-in-law who had the green beans lost her appetite. Don't know if I will be going back to this location again since obviously their kitchen crew isn't watching the insect life close enough to allow bugs to get in their food. That's one if you really wanted to push it could be turned into the state health department.
