  I really need the ghost of Dave to come haunt the Westgate Dr location in Gallatin, because this is insane. I lived in Oregon (yeah I know, I sound like a best coast Karen, just hear me out), and Dutch was a whole vibe. Even if the line was out to the road, you were in and out in 10 minutes or less, the staff was always genuine, and the drinks were perfect. Since being back on this side of the Mississippi, Dutch Bros has become a shell of what it once was. I was literally preaching to my friends over here about how great Dutch was, y'all came here, and now my friends think my taste buds are broken, and I don't blame them. Food/Drink: seriously. It's coffee. I have never in my life experienced coffee that could be both too bitter and too sweet at the same time. I'd be impressed if it wasn't so gross every time I get something. I've stopped getting coffee here because of how consistently bad it is. Service: Look I get it, Dutch is a place for the youths to work. But everyone in that store looks/acts like a minor with no adult supervision. There's like one or two girls there that are not high school age and try to take things seriously, build them up because they are the only things on brand at that location. ALSO. Does 'order ahead' mean something different now? People order ahead so they can get their drink and go, not so that they can wait behind 15 people with 8 orders each who did not order ahead and were not promised a specific time. But I was the weird one for expecting my drink to be ready when the app said it would. Atmosphere: yay. gray. lines. corners. Dave is rolling in his grave at the brutalist architecture y'all have spread across the US. Once upon a time, I came to Dutch for good coffee and good vibes, now I avoid it like the plague and tell everyone else to do so. Y'all are doing Dave so dirty; go back West till y'all can get this right.

  Staff always friendly even when customers may not be on best behavior in line. The works are polite and efficient

  What an amazing team here! Nile, Kiley & Kayla are always so nice & welcoming. The entire team is full of rockstars, but as a restaurant owner myself, these three are incredible!

  Always love a dutch bros when traveling as there are none local where i live. Good service, good quality drinks, much preferable to all their compitition! So many flavors and choices always something to fit your day and mood!
