I always tip 20% (I’ve worked in customer service my whole life) however did not tip this awful girl because she felt the need to question why I was getting my kids ice cream AND yelled at my child for walking in an area she had mopped (even though there was no wet floor sign or anything out). She had one chance to talk like that, next time I won’t be as nice especially since it’s not just my experience. She’s clearly a problem to many, unfortunately. Go work at a factory if you don’t want to deal with the public.

We walked into Baskin Robbins at 8:27 PM and the young girl working YELLED at my 4 year old son to get off of her floor because she just mopped. I let her know that we just wanted to order ice cream and would go outside to eat it. She continued to yell at my two young kids for being on her mopped floor and wanted to know why I was giving my kids ice cream so late. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered in my life and my kids never want to come back here again. If you do not close until 9 PM, you should provide service until 9 PM and it should not concern employees why customers are out doing things with their children. This employee is a pitiful representation for the company and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves.

The employees were rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there\. It was a very disappointing experience\. We usually go to the Baskin\-Robbins in Hendersonville, where the service is always friendly, but since we were visiting family in Gallatin, we decided to stop here instead\. I definitely wish we hadn’t\. Customer service makes all the difference, and this location really missed the mark\.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
