She had to pay extra for it but they offered no refund or alternative. They then say they also don't have the chocolate chip cheesecake flavor she wanted but they did have plain cheesecake flavor. She said fine because she had already paid and they won't refund. She finally gets her ice cream and we we leave. As she's eating it on our way home it turns out that they didn't give her plain cheesecake flavor but strawberry. Not one item on this order was correct and some not even available. I find it ridiculous that you can't be refunded and that they even let you order stuff they don't have to begin with. The entire visit was a waste of time and money.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
