    Arby's is a great place to eat. They got great food. The only reason why I only gave 3 stars and 2 stars for service is because this makes twice I ordered take out and they forgot to give our fries. I know restaurant get busy but people pay for their food and the way prices are on food. They need to check and make sure everything is in bag.

    Messed up my order and when I had to drive all the way back, it was the same lady working drive thru. And she had the nerve to say "well at least you have the chance to donate now" 🤣 after I already had to wait in line twice for her to be unable to do her job.

    GALLATIN TN LOCATION HORRIBLE TODAY. Ive ordered from Arbys many times before with uber. No problems but....Today my order was OLD. It wasnt the driver...it was ARBYS. Those fish sandwiches had to be sitting under a heat lamp before I even made the order. They must have had them piled up for Good Friday lunch. I want a full refund. This is ridiculous. Here's the thing...when you call to complain they dont answer. Food has always been hot from them before but rhis time I think they made too much fish too early and I want my 28.00 back. 28.00 and even the bun was harder. Arbys???? You gonna reply. I have my receipt.

    Half lb roast beef is indeed not a half lb of roast beef. 8 oz is a half lb not 5.7 oz.
